Hey Eveline, Well I'm so glad you have taken the time to ask me a meteorological question. My father was a meteorologist and it is a rare thing that one asks me to go on about the weather. With that said I can tell you the following, as much as I like women in bikinis, December in Chicago, even with global warming factored in, is pretty much winter around here. It can be cold, it can snow, and my fav freezing rain that turns to ice. However, we light the place up, the air is clear, and with the right winter coat December is one of my Fav months in Chicago. Jan, Feb, March, and a fair amount of April not so much. But in Dec the snow is fresh and white, all are in the holiday spirit, and the skyline looks great. We have an old saying in Chicago. If you don't like the weather wait and hour, it will change. -PC
