Tackling issues such as capitalism, political corruption, religion and mortality, the songs take an honest look at the discrepancies between who we are as people, and who we strive to be.
Mayday Radio was born from the exasperated and self-evaluating mind of singer/songwriter, Jeff Ting. Jeff grew up playing classical piano, but then turned to the electric guitar and found a completely other dimension to music. Something raw and unyielding. He began writing songs in his early 20's in an attempt to share his views of the world. He started out his career in Boston, then quickly moved to New York City in order to immerse himself in the cauldron of creativity that can only be found in the biggest music scene in the country. In that unrelenting energy, Mayday Radio emerged.
