Fearless Radio

We are looking for the best music in the indie world. One of the purposes of our station is to provide INDIE bands or artists air-play, which also promotes bands who are interested in having their music heard by the masses. We at Fearless Radio believe that indie bands/artists deserve to have their music heard, and we\'re here to give the bands and listeners that chance. Here is where we come in.

The first step is submitting music is completing the simple form below - and then mail us your CD. At this time we are not accepting digital submissions. If Fearless Radio selects your music, we will place a link on our site to your site as well as a link to where a listener can purchase your music. You will also, from time to time, have a banner in the form of your CD cover, placed on our front page which links directly to your website. As we add more features to our site, to assist bands to promote their music, we will include you in those efforts.

We ask that you link to Fearless Radio somewhere on your website or MySpace site.

As a pre-condition to the transmission of the Band/Artist\'s original music over the internet by Fearless Radio, the Band/Artist agrees that: the music submitted is the original creation of the Band/Artist and that they own and control 100% exclusive rights of every aspect of the music to include publishing, copyright, authorship, production, performance, mechanical, etc.; and, that the Band/Artist relieves Fearless Radio of any obligations to the artist\'s or band\'s affiliation with any Collection Society, Performance Rights Society, and/or Copyright Protection Society within or outside the United States, including but not limited to ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, RIAA, and the IFPI, or any group, society or organization affiliated with such organizations; and Band/Artist warrants that they are authorized to grant Fearless Radio permission to use the music submitted in rotation on the radio and on one of Fearless Radio shows such as, \"New Music Binge.

Band/Artist agrees to indemnify, save and hold harmless and defend Fearless Radio, Fearless Networks, and its officer and employees from and against any and all claims, demands and suits that may be made or brought against them or any of them with respect to collection societies or others claiming rights or privileges in any music submitted to Fearless Radio.
