 Those of you that thought we would take the Labor Day holiday off and put together a half assed show this week (just like they did for the Republican Convention) are living in a juicy dream world and might possibly be brain damaged. We start things off with Rick Storer from the Leather Archives and Museum, then we segue into the unique intensity of The Future Laureates band and mop up with the incomperable Cybernaut. Deacon Coleman is scheduled to return but we are also bringing in a series of fresh feces...I mean faces including a new Psychic Soothsayer and comedian Alan Zain. Oh and did I mention that in addition to our regular segments of Dear Deacon, our radio drama of the continuing adventures of The Metrosexual, our Top 11 List and others that we plan on making the radio premiere of the evocative and dramatic Word Jizz? If you miss it...you will regret it the rest of your life (or for a day and a half...whichever comes sooner).

It’s Friday! After a long and busy week, I was ready to paint the town red. The first stop was the famous Double Door. Tonight’s show was a blend of metal and country blues music. The lineup included Hemi, Cealed Kasket, Twinray, Along the Parallel, and Green Sugar. This particular show also marked Green Sugars’ latest CD release. Every band preformed a great lead into Green Sugars’ major headlining performance.
